Introduction
“Aoi” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is a study support application that allows students and their parents to record exam results and track score trends and goal progress. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in the App.
Information We Collect
1. Study and Score Data
The App stores the following data locally on your device only for the purpose of recording and managing exam results:
- Learner information (registered name, etc.)
- Subject and exam type definitions
- Exam results (scores, deviation values, and exam dates)
- Goal settings (target scores per subject)
This data is stored only on your device (via SwiftData) and is never transmitted to external servers.
2. Advertising Data (AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect the following information to optimize ad delivery:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Device information
- App usage information
- Ad interaction information
At first launch, the App displays Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission dialog to ask for your consent to tracking.

How We Use Information
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing app functionality (recording and managing exam results, displaying graphs, and managing goals)
- Improving app quality and fixing bugs

Information Sharing

- Google AdMob: For ad delivery
Your study and score data is never shared with any third party.
Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- You can edit or delete registered learners and score data at any time within the App
- You can limit the use of the advertising identifier (IDFA) in your device settings
- You can stop future information collection by uninstalling the App
Data Retention Period
- Study and score data: Stored only on the device and never transmitted externally by the App
- Advertising data: Stored according to AdMob policies
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended to be used by students and their parents. If a child under 13 uses the App, please ensure it is used with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and score data is never transmitted externally.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, please understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
